Hendon Christian Housing Association (HCHA) provides social housing for rent in Barnet and Enfield. Its properties are are available for those in housing need with a local connection. We hold our own waiting list, but some of the properties are let via nominations from the local council. A number of the properties were developed for those with a visual impairment or older people in mind.
