The offices are open from 8.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Please telephone for an appointment beforehand in case our housing managers are visiting tenants on site or otherwise away from the office.

Our offices are in Mill Hill, at the address as above, and are located at the south east corner of the Mill Hill roundabout at the junction of Mill Hill Broadway and Watford Way. From Trinity Church in Mill Hill Broadway, walk towards the roundabout and the HCHA offices are on your right as you reach the traffic lights.

By bus: Several buses pass the office with connections to the following Underground Stations – Mill Hill East (240 and 221), Edgeware (240 and 221), Burnt Oak and Totteridge (251). Buses (186 and 113) from Grahame Park also pass the office.
By train: The Mill Hill Broadway Thameslink station is a five-minute walk away.
By car: Street parking is available but limited between 11.00 and 12.00 Monday to Friday.

Hendon Christian Housing Association is registered with the Regulator for Social Housing and governed by a board of directors. These directors have appropriate and necessary professional experience and in many cases connections to churches in the area.

Operation of the housing association is undertaken by a management agent appointed by the HCHA and this role is currently undertaken by the Christian Action Housing Association (CAHA). Operation of the HCHA, day to day management, financial arrangements and property maintenance are carried out by the management agents.

The Christian Action Housing Association is based in Enfield but with a fully operational Mill Hill office detailed above. CAHA can be contacted via the HCHA housing managers or via any of the numbers above.
