Tenants' Update
Through February and March 2023, a number of focus groups have been held with residents of Hendon Churches who took the opportunity to speak to staff of Christian Action about their experiences, providing vital feedback which will be used to develop a service improvement action plan.
The action plan will be presented to the Board in May 2023 and will focus on improving services to all Hendon Churches residents.
It was great to hear some positive feedback about the services Christian Action provide, but similarly it was useful to hear the not so positive feedback which Christian Action will learn from and use to drive improvements. Thank you to everyone who attended one of the sessions.
